Incredible creations by Jonatz #truffle pizza I make sure to eat at this pizzeria on every trip to Italy I have watched the chef and his ideas grow. Tonight I ate the truffle pizza Every bite you can taste the flavors of every ingredient from the custom hand made dough, to the truffles at the end. #magical It's amazing to eat a pizza that created an international journey with every bite The food is spectacular. The setting is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and professional. The chef, i got to spend a bit of time with and learned about his travels, his training and his working experiences. The best part of the conversation was learning about his passion I would encourage everyone to enjoy this young man's journey. Thank you Jonatz I look forward to my next adventure on the plate.

I came to Italy for vacation and I came across this restaurant. I was curious and went in to try it out. They had a delicious ginevra pizza with lots of amazing flavors. This pizza had a creamy Parmesan sauce, fresh mozzarella, a beetroot and spinach powder, and at last a saffron emulsion. This is a must try. The people were kind and generous.

Looking for a place for light fare for dinner . This place was spectacular. The pizza was one of the best I ever ate and we come from the pizza capital of the world, New Have Connecticut. Dough was light, ingredients were fresh, cooked perfectly not overdone. Prices and drinks very reasonable .
