As a fan of Gambero Rosso-listed pizzerias, MASA Experience had been on my bucket list for a while. Last Thursday, taking advantage of the vintage car show, we finally went. We tried two doughs: the classic one, which honestly didn't convince us, and their flagship, the double-baked one. Well, you can taste the restaurant's signature pizza: crispy, well-cooked, and truly delicious. Among the specialty pizzas, we chose the one with ragù and pecorino cheese... simply exceptional. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a house aperitif. The place is very well-kept, and the staff and owner are truly friendly. A truly positive experience!
