Pizza Lovers say: "Gourmet pizzas like the one with burrata and tasting menus are fantastic. Service is attentive. Dough can be dry and hard, and it's overpriced."

Chat Go led me here. Overpriced for the quality of food and drinks Never thought I'd have a bad overpriced pizza in Italy. Flat overpriced wine If you gonna charge that much, open on time. Service guys were friendly and the bad food was on time, I give them that. Tiramisu however was good that's the only thing I enjoyed. Overall not worth the hype nor the price

I am making this review just for the pizza “degustazione” therefore I cannot evaluate the most typical style of pizza eaten there (tonda). Unfortunately, I did not like the pizza, and considering its price, I cannot give it more stars. I …

Excellent recommendation from hotel, through back door portal and 100m and we arrived to an elevated experience of Italian food (pizza) through tasting menu

Everything was very delicious, the staff was very attentive to details, especially Alice. I would definitely come back. I recommend this location if you want a tasty pizza.

Gourmet pizza restaurant. You cant find standard pizzas that you may find in every pizza restaurant (quatro formaggio etc.) If it was a pizza that we ate than, i have never eaten a pizza before. You chat stop eating. It worths. Try the one with burrato and madness.

The pizza is genuinely outstanding. The dough, the ingredients, the technique — all of it lives up to the reputation. No complaints there. However, the service experience was inconsistent and, at times, fell well below what a restaurant of this standing should offer. The first interaction upon arrival made me feel more like an inconvenience than a guest. The second member of staff who attended our table offered the off-menu pizza verbally to an Italian-speaking table nearby but did not extend the same courtesy to me — only doing so after I specifically pointed this out. From that moment, her communication became noticeably more difficult to follow, which felt less like a language barrier and more like a deliberate choice. A small but telling detail: she reset the table for dessert without placing the spoon in the dedicated spoon rest provided for exactly that purpose. The third staff member — responsible for drinks — was the exception: attentive, warm, and genuinely service-oriented. I understand that language can be a challenge, and I have no issue with that. What I do take issue with is the attitude behind the service — the sense that certain guests are more deserving of attention and information than others. Excellent pizza exists in many places across Italy and around the world. La Cascina dei Sapori is one of them. But in any business that aspires to be more than a good local restaurant, it is the human interaction — not the dough — that makes the difference between a place you remember and a place you return to. I will not be returning.
