L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità di Massimiliano e di tutti i ragazzi sono qualcosa di indescrivibile. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente con materie prime di altissima qualità, con impasti sapientemente pensati e vini azzeccatissimi. Per non parlare del babà con la crema e le amarene. Davvero eccezionale. Ci torneremo prestissimo. Da non perdere: il panettone col prosciutto crudo e la provola e pepe tonda romana.

The highlight, besides the quality of the food, was the professionalism and expertise of the staff. They took us on a true culinary journey, describing and explaining each dish with rare passion and expertise. Their suggestions were perfect, allowing us to discover unique flavors and surprising pairings. We started with some delicacies, including croquettes and bruschetta with prosciutto and apricots, which were perfect to start the evening. The pizzas did not disappoint: light, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients. It's clear that research and attention to the raw materials are at the heart of their philosophy. Liolà isn't just a pizzeria, it's a true sensory experience. It's the ideal place for those seeking high-quality cuisine in a refined setting, where passion for food shines through in every detail. Everything was excellent, with expertly chosen special combinations. Gourmet pizzeria in the heart of the city. Young and super helpful staff. A well-deserved success. PS: The photo of the half-pizza says it all... I devoured it as soon as I saw it.
