Roman-style pizza with excellent, light, and easily digestible dough, and a charming, friendly atmosphere. Selected ingredients and seasonal pizza flavors. The fried foods are addictive! Must try!

We ordered two pizzas, a chicken and a half, baked potatoes, and eggplant rocher: everything was truly delicious! The pizza is thin and crispy to perfection, and you can immediately taste the quality of the dough, which is truly well-crafted. Every dish was tasty and carefully prepared. An experience definitely worth repeating!

I've only recently moved to Rome, and when I walked into Spiedo & Margherita, I was greeted so warmly that I felt right at home! The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is vibrant! The Roman-style pizza is fantastic (a sincere comment from a Neapolitan), the ingredients are top-quality, and they make everything themselves! It's become my go-to spot at the end of the week, and I highly recommend it!

A new place, a surprising, informal, well-kept, and welcoming style, great people, excellent pizza with natural, refined ingredients and a very good dough: thin, soft, crispy, and easy to digest. The chicken with baked potatoes is truly remarkable!! The supplì are also very good.
