They have great A/C, better than any other restaurant I went to in Florence. I had the carbanara and it was good. The service was also adequate.

Our hotel (Brunelleschi) recommended Casella 18 our first night. We had arrived without our luggage, were tired, and just wanted a nice, informal meal. Casella 18 was steps away and the perfect suggestion. The vibe was lively (much needed), service friendly and upbeat, and the food was great. The hotel called ahead but we did not need to wait. It was the perfect setting. Our eyes were probably bigger than need be since it was our first night in Florence, but all was enjoyed. Started with a fresh caprese salad. We went back a few nights later to get a pizza "to go". Again, service was great, warm and inviting. I would definitely go back to Casella 18 if in the neighborhood.

Ordered from the Daily menu and you will not be disappointed. Great fresh food and hospitality. Went there for dinner and had to make my wife and daughter come back for lunch the next day. Well worth the visit. Excellent pizza and pastas.
