Pizza Lovers say: "Authentic Italian pizza, excellent service from Giuseppe, and a coconut dessert that shines. However, delivery can be problematic with missing items."

As a vegetarian, I don't want to always have a Margherita or some slight variation of a margherita when I order pizza. Their whole menu is hundreds of interesting meat pizzas, different styles of simple tomato and cheese pizzas, and some vegetable ones which do not have a tomato base (my preference is always tomato base). Last night I was celebrating something big in my life and we had seen photos of Biga pizzas so we chose that restaurant for the occasion and I was really excited, so I wanted to have something a little bit more special than a margherita which I eat all the time as a vegetarian. I asked the waiter if he can change one of the toppings of a meat pizza to swap out the ham for some cheese, he said no. I asked if he can add a couple of toppings to a margherita, he said impossible to add more than 1 (what?). Eventually I added artichokes only... when it came there was a very sad amount of artichokes added which I was charged €3.50 for, so don't do that because it's a scam. Then there's the actual service which is constantly rushing you and pressuring you to order appetisers and to order fast which made me feel like they care more about making money from you than your enjoyment - not the Neapolitan style at all. Finally the pizza. It looks amazing and I was so excited from seeing other people's pizzas, but the pizza is bad. The dough is claggy and rubbery. Sometimes got stuck in my throat. The tomato does not taste fresh or really of anything at all, maybe they need some salt or just better tomatoes. The wine we ordered was very nice.

Had a really lovely dinner at BIGA Milano Isola, made even better by the service. The server, Josepi, was exceptional: warm, attentive and genuinely hospitable without being intrusive. He guided me through the menu with great recommendations and made the whole experience feel effortless. Grazie, Josepi, you truly elevated the evening. Highly recommend. Tip: Try the coconut desert, it doesn’t disappoint.

Amazing experience, lived in Rome 10 years prior and one bit of the pizza transported me back to a better time. Would eat again, would recommend, 10/10 if possible. Giuseppe took great care of us, wonderful recommendations.

Apparently they’ve won awards for their pizza. Brought by local friends here. Worth trying it out!

The pizza was ordered through Deliveroo. The size of the pizzas was unbelievably ridiculous, one pizza arrived with a hole and part of the order was not delivered. When we called the place, the guy said that the order had been given to the rider hence he could not reimburse nor deliver it. In the end, not everybody got to eat what we had paid for !!!
