  A fine dining Italian restaurant inside the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel that serves a decent menu of soups, salads, starters, pizzas, pastas, steaks, dessert, and drinks. They have a large dining hall with various sized tables accommodating different size groups. They have outdoor seating for smokers. Service is excellent, food is very tasty, food portions are filling, and staff are very attentive. They accept cash or card, and are priced on the above end.

  Our experience at Monteverdi was truly exceptional from start to finish. The service was impeccable, the staff was extremely attentive, present, and genuinely caring throughout the entire evening. I am sure that besides their hospitality, they are also very well trained. The food was prepared and delivered to the table very quickly, and the quality was outstanding. Every dish was flavorful, refined, and absolutely delicious. The presentation of the plates was extraordinary, beautifully crafted and elegant. The cocktails were also excellent, perfectly balanced and very enjoyable. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with great music that complemented the evening perfectly. I felt truly comfortable and welcomed the entire time. I already look forward to returning to Istanbul just to dine again at Monteverdi, as the experience made me feel genuinely happy and very well taken care of.

  Hotel restaurants can often be underwhelming—whether due to bland flavors, inflated prices, or a sense of pretension. This one, however, was a delightful exception. Service was excellent, the décor elegant, and the food beautifully presented. After several days of traditional Turkish cuisine, I welcomed a change of flavor and particularly enjoyed the burrata, cheese board, risotto, branzino, and pizza. Excellent marks all around.

  Monteverdi Ristorante at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, the elegant ambiance inspired by Northern Italy’s Lombardy region set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The modern-classic decor, with its stunning bar and vibrant atmosphere, perfectly complements the exquisite Italian cuisine crafted by Chef Nicole Scandella. The menu is a masterful blend of traditional flavors and innovative touches—our highlights were the Negroni Tuna and Swordfish Carpaccio, both bursting with fresh, authentic ingredients. Every dish, from the delicate antipasti to the perfectly cooked handmade pastas, was a delight to the senses. The curated Italian wine selection paired beautifully with our meal, and the handcrafted cocktails added a sophisticated touch. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive, professional, and genuinely warm—special thanks to the team for making us feel so welcomed. The luxurious setting, combined with the vibrant, conversational dining experience, truly embodies the spirit of Italian culture.

  Amazing food and the best service we received from Sude. The food was delicious! I tried amazing burrata and risotto. Dessert was also delicious. The great selection of wines and cocktails! I rally recommend if you love Italian food!

  Located in the Conrad Hotel in Istanbul (admittedly my favorite place to stay in the city) Monteverdi offers Italian food in a fantastic ambience. Whether it is in winter when you dine inside or in summer where you sit next to the hotel pool, the place is magnificently decorated. Really it is a treat after a busy day. Service is very good -no complain- but for a restaurant in the Micheline guide (no stars though) perhaps we could expect something more professional (and yes, I know that with fancy restaurants I can be picky). And food, we shared a carpaccio di psce spada (Swordfish) which was subtle and with an amazing mandarin infusion, a pizza margarita (good base and done with a burrata that is spread over the pie after it has being baked with tomato sauce), a levrek (seabass) dish (fresh and well cooked). We also had a cocktail (inferno, very nice), and a glass of chianti. My only complaint would have been that the wine was too warm (and once again in a place like this, it should not be the case). All together around 130 USD (June 26)

  Food and service were amazing. Melek was our server and she was brilliant. She recommended us some food and it was delicious. The ambience was amazing too. This was our second visit and Melek made the difference this time. Thank you

  We had a quick lunch before leaving the hotel. We wished we had found it sooner. Our waitress Melek was perfect - attentive, personable and knowledgeable about the food and wine. This was a super end to our trip to Istanbul. We will be back.
