Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing Margherita and Diavola pizzas with chewy, burnt-edged crust. High price and shared/limited seating."

TDLR: highly recommend as a spot to visit if you’re in the area. Not too far from GT campus and Cola Museum/Aquarium. ⭐️ The margarita pizza with anchovies was amazing! Saucy, chewy dough with yummy, burnt edges. Probably the most acidic pizza I’ve ever had (in a good way) Notes: - Some parking (4-5 spots) in front and ample parking in the back (plus street parking) - Intimate seating inside or cute, bench style seating outside on patio - Busy bees inside! Order and wait for a while. Recommend ordering ahead for pick up Great spot, glad our GT alum friend recommended here as a place to check out while visiting Atlanta for the weekend. We went around 7pm on a Sunday in September and there was a small wait to order. Although the inside seating was full, there was plenty of seating outdoors (around the back). The wait for the pizza took about 30 min (although there apparently was a large order ahead of us), so we just enjoyed the outdoors while we waited.

Very good pizza and the size is very big and I don't know the reason. Taste like in Italy or even better. But, you have to seat by your own, pay in advance, only big tables mostly shared, high price compared with restaurant. Pizza is big enough for 2 people

I was already over-the-top impressed with my “Diavola” pizza and the atmosphere. Then this guy (staff member) began to re-stock the firewood under each of the three wood burning ovens! Too cool. Love thi place. Will definitely return.

During peak hours, it’s hard to find parking (may have to street park nearby) and seating is limited — may have to wait for a table and /or sit with other groups. The pizza itself is very good — I ordered the margarita pizza, which had just the right amount of cheese for me. The crust was crispy and everything overall was fresh. The food comes out quick and the service is very efficient since you order at the counter.

This place is a must! The pizza is fantastic (my NY pizza snob husband approves). It’s no nonsense. No substitutions, no half “pepperoni”. That’s what makes this place work. They know their pizza and don’t mess with it. We had a Margherita and it was delicious. They also have Peroni on draft and it’s cold and goes perfect with the pizza. Don’t deny yourself and just get the beer. Enjoy!

Very good fresh pizza with very quick turnover over . Staff not friendly and very unhelpful . With nicer and helpful staff could have been a 5 star experience.

This pizza is recommended by Michelin, who I respect. On a wet night in October, we decided to do take out and ordered our pizza ahead of time. There was a large line of people ordering when I strolled in, and there was no separate line for take out. Thus, I was compelled to wait at least ten minutes, and my pizza was obviously cold when it was finally my turn. The overly made-up woman taking orders was haughty and unfriendly, not like most people in Atlanta. That was a warning that I would be disappointed. After I provided my name, she pulled out two boxes from a tower of boxes, and nodded. I guessed that was our order and grabbed them. Once back at the apartment, we dug into the two pies. Limp, tasteless, except for some garlic, the pizza was terrible. Antico Pizza doesn’t deserve your business. I had one slice and threw the rest out.

If you like Naples-style pizza, or just pizza in general, Antico is a great spot to check out. It is a counter-service type of restaurant. You wait in line and order, then go and find a seat. It's not a large place, but people generally don't linger too much. The pizzas are large and all of the ingredients always taste fresh.

One of the best pizza parlors in Atlanta. A lot of businesses advertise New York style or thin crust and don't come close. This business was spot on. I added pepperoni to give it a more spicy taste. The dough was incredible. They have wood burning ovens. No military discount. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great experience and I'll go back.

Order first, pay and wait for your food. Salads are self service out of the fridge. Tap water from a sink. No ice. But there is beer from the tap and other beverages, too, including the Italian Peroni. It’s not a restaurant! You take a seat on a wooden bench in an open kitchen. Plastic silverware. Great smell. And then the pizza was brought to your table. Delicious with original ingredients like tomatoes from Italy. We’d come back when in Atlanta.
