Not sure how this place has a Michelin bib, and has for a number of years. Came in on a Sunday; the place wasn’t busy, but the service was horribly slow. We ordered the calamari type appetizer which had more chips than actual seafood. We also got the piccante pizza which was so greasy it was soggy. We’d been excited to try this spot and it was a real bummer.

Decent pizza, but no longer the Neapolitan style - however, the ingredients are excellent. Just don’t expect traditional Neapolitan pizza here. Still good and worth trying. Although, the area around is a little shady, there are homeless people loitering near the restaurant and parking is difficult to find. It was mostly empty here, when we ate around 2pm on the last Sunday in December. It was $66 for two pizzas, a drink, tip, tax, and their 3% service charge.

I used to be so impressed by their gluten free crust. Just picked up a gluten free pizza and they changed the crust. When I called to voice my feedback the woman said it had not changed for over three years. I found a picture I took of my pizza last year and this is not the same pizza. The woman tried to tell me that I probably ate pizza with gluten (pretty sure I would know since I have an immediate reaction). Super disappointed in the food and customer service.

I was in DC and excited to try Stellina after all the buzz. The restaurant itself is great; the ambiance is buzzing and our server was fantastic. The food was good, and while I enjoyed my meal, it didn't quite live up to the spectacular reputation. Still, a solid spot for a night out.

I went on a weekend despite it being fairly busy I was seated immediately. The pizza was great and they were fast fired so they came out fairly quick.

My husband and I arrived without a reservation on a Saturday evening and were invited to sit at the bar. We spent the next hour and a half eating wonderful food and drinking delicious cocktails while chatting with Ken, our fantastic bartender. Just a short walk from Union Market, the vibe here was relaxing and welcoming. Looking forward to returning again with friends!

Calamari and shrimp appetizer was quite tasty. Serving size exceeded expectations. Pizza tasted great and the service was fast and friendly. Dining room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean.

The pizza wasn’t bad, though a bit too salty for my taste. However, the main concern was seeing two cockroaches walking on the walls while we were eating. The restaurant offered a 10% discount, which we appreciated, but it didn’t make up for the unpleasant experience. It also made us question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the overall condition of the food. I want to highlight that the waiter was very professional and genuinely concerned, doing his best to make things right. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously—cleanliness and hygiene are the most important aspects of any restaurant.
