Thank you to everyone at BAEST for a truly wonderful experience. A special thank you to Martin for the excellent guidance with both the wine pairings and the menu. I chose the full menu, and I’m so glad I did—it gave me the opportunity to taste everything, and every course was a delight. The flavors were simply outstanding, and it’s clear there is real genius behind the design of each dish. Another big thank you to the chef for bringing the final piece of art to the table—the tiramisu was a perfect ending. I will definitely be coming back later in the summer. Please keep up the great ambiance, teamwork, and exceptional quality.

Absolutely great, really well made pizza. Light ingredients, freshly made, tasty as food it is supposed to be. The charcuterie and cheese options from the menu... oh my... Definitely a must have, they make their own cheese and sausages, so it is incredibly great. If you can, you should try. (Piece of advice, you will need a reservation) Go for it,enjoy!

The server we had was excellent and knowledgeable. He knew the menu including wine pairing options. We even sampled the wine prior to ordering the bottle. The pizza was very delicious. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a the sausage & kale pizza option. Both were very delicious. I think the sausage pizza was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my entire life.

We visited as a family of four and all agreed this was the best pizza we’ve had. We’ve eaten some excellent pizza around the world, and Bæst just nudged ahead of the rest. Incredible flavour, perfectly cooked, and topped off with very friendly and welcoming staff. Absolutely outstanding.

Great atmosphere in restaurant. Initial confusion over booking despite booking WEEKS ahead which meant I had to find the original email to confirm, even though there were loads of empty tables. Food and expensive pricey ordered beer and it came in small (300ml?) prices - this isn’t detailed on the menu. Beer was lovely though. Talked through the style of food by efficient and friendly waiter - ordered two pizzas which were tasty although a little burnt on the edges. Understand the wood fire element but this was definitely burnt! Agree with the upselling comments but these were ok - they’ve got to sell stuff I guess! When it became clear we weren’t ordering anymore the bill was brought - disappointed to see a surcharge was added due to not having an EU issued card not no real explanation given and a tip was mentioned - even though I understand this is not customary in Denmark. Overall good but definitely a push towards profits

My husband and I dined here during our trip to Copenhagen and overall had mixed feelings. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere, and I loved the open kitchen concept. Our waitress was very kind and offered thoughtful suggestions, which we appreciated. That said, the wait staff did feel a bit pushy when it came to upselling alcoholic drinks and snacks—we noticed several servers doing this at other tables as well. We originally ordered the radicchio salad, but were told it was unavailable and were offered a greens salad instead. It turned out to be simple but delicious, with parmeggiano and a really flavorful anchovy dressing. My husband ordered the margherita pizza and enjoyed the sourdough crust, though he felt the tomato sauce was a bit chunky and bitter. I had the mushroom and smoked cheese pizza, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had—the sourdough crust was perfection, and I happily ate the entire thing. This is definitely not a cheap meal, though perhaps on par with Copenhagen pricing. We spent around $100 USD for two personal pizzas, one small salad, and tap water. Unfortunately, about halfway through our 2-mile walk back to the hotel, both of us became suddenly very sick. We can’t say for sure what caused it, but it came on quickly, and the only foods we had in common that day were the salad and the cheese on our pizzas. That experience unfortunately overshadowed what had otherwise been a meal with some real highlights.

Incredible sourdough crust and the freshest house-made mozzarella you’ll ever taste. A perfect mix of Italian tradition and Nordic quality. Simply outstanding.
