I had one of the most memorable pizza experiences here! 🍕 The menu is delicious, exquisite, and full of flavor. The natural taste of the tomatoes, the high-quality ingredients, and especially the different kinds of dough really stand out, …

Wonderful pizza although the crust details were lost on us. The regular pizza was divine, the anchovy margherita less so. We sat outside in the tiny alley outside the restaurant on a summer evening. A fine way to dine!

A tiny pizzeria in a small alleyway with abundant creativity in making one-of-a-kind pizzas. The owner and the rest of the staff were all very friendly and attentive. They recommended we tried pizzas made with three different types of crusts (they offer four different pizza crusts from thinner, crunchier to thicker). The toppings we tried were also very unusual. We have never seen a pizza with raw shrimp before but surprisingly the combination of a fluffy chewy crust, raw shrimp, fresh cheese, and a subtle taste of ginger and honey tasted really well together. Very innovative indeed! A bite into the margarita pizza with yellow tomatoes and basil sauce brought a huge bursting of amazing flavors; the pizza with fresh porcini mushrooms, green beans and zucchini flowers was also delicious. It’s no surprise that this place won top 50 pizzerias in Italy two years in a row. These were all highly unique and yet scrumptious pizzas offered in the old center of the ancient Orvieto.

We just loved it, two different ways to make pizza, the squares one ( fiore de latte amd anchovie) was the specialty double crunch, light pizza one of the best I ever had...

Ottimo!!! Really great traditional and non-traditional pizza. Fantastic service. The staff really cared for the quality of food, service and the customers. We will come back (Italian husband - he also LOVED it!)

Pizza you can feel good about eating! The in ingredients are so high quality and nutrient dense. And the flavor- WOW! I could definitely see and taste why this is one of the 100 best pizzerias in Italy. We enjoyed the focaccia with prosciutto & the mortadella pizza. Divine!

Truly gourmet experience. Both the dough and the ingredients are top notch. Both pizzas I got were "crunch" style square pizzas (Burrata e alici/Mortadella), something that stands out compared to the more mundane versions. I'll be sure to get back when I'm in Orvieto again.
