Bread and pizza unique in its simplicity, quality of ingredients, and baking. Simple yet glorious traditions, popular yet timeless flavors. I haven't had the pleasure of grabbing a quick meal at the counter yet, but this type of service is bound to suffer from the obvious lack of space available in a Molise bakery-tavern of many years ago. I hope it stays that way, so as not to become the cool of an anonymous cosmopolitan pub.
