  Great pizza! We did the tasting menu and enjoyed 6/8 dishes. Is it top 10 pizza in the world? Eh I think pizza has a low ceiling at the end of the day. The dough is great to be fair. Overall - Great pizza.

  We were really excited to try this pizza since it is supposed to be one of the best in the world. I’m not sure who does the rankings but this was just ok. We did the tasting menu with wine pairings. The first dish was ice cold, the pizzas were lukewarm. There was not much description by our waitress on each course. We did eat at Confine in Milan, another top pizza place and it was 1000x better than Seu in taste, presentation, staff etc.
