Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing thin crust and the Shrumtown pizza is a must-try. Arancini are pricey for the portion."

I have officially found my FAVORITE pizza in NYC! I cannot imagine loving a pizza more than I loved this pizza. So much so that I did get it two nights in a row to make sure that I loved it that much.... And to possible alleviate the fact that I would be missing this pizza every single day until I return to NYC. The crust is perfectly crunchy and every single bite is packed full of flavors. I ... AM....OBSESSED. Their staff is super-friendly and I enjoyed my chats with them while sipping on some of their yummy wine. #nycpizza #pizza #nyc

The food was overall pretty good here. I highly recommend the Parma pizza that has sauce, cheese, prosciutto, arugula, bacon, balsamic, and green apple. All of the flavors complement each other perfectly especially the green apple which adds a sweet-tangy flavor to it. The mozzarella sticks and arancini were good, but the arancini isn’t worth the relatively pricey cost for only four of them. I’d rather recommend the mozzarella sticks because you get more for a cheaper price.

We stop by at Vezzo over the weekend while strolling around Lexington Avenue! We ordered garlic breads, Margertia pizza and a veggie Pizza with extra garlic. Both the pizzas were amazing! Their thin crust was the best I have ever eaten. Loved the ambience and friendly staff! Highly recommend this place.

Vezzo has the BEST thin-crust pizza! Easily one of my favorite pizza spots in New York. I’m obsessed with the Shrumtown — they’re generous with the mushrooms and the flavor is perfect every time. Their plain pie is also amazing! My only wish is that they offered some mocktail options, because I’d definitely order one. Overall, great spot and always worth the visit! 🍕

Came here three days in a row. First night: bar for some beers, amazing service, and great appetizers. Second night: pizza to go — the plain cheese pizza was 5 stars. Loved the thin crust. Tonight: back again for beers and appetizers, and the same guys were working — once again, 5 stars. Honestly, if it weren’t for them, I don’t think I would’ve come back so many times. Shoutout to Joshua, Vicente, and Jose — top-tier service. I saw some crazy reviews, but I’m glad I walked in myself. I was here a few months back on a work trip and will definitely be back again.

On the way back from a show, my husband and I were in need of an easy but tasty take-away meal to take back to our hotel while watching a football game. Because it had good reviews and was near the hotel (the Shelburne), we stopped and placed a take-out order. The employees could not have been more friendly and didn’t mind us sitting at a table while we waited. And, the shiitake mushroom and prosciutto pizza was delicious. The toppings, sauce, and thin crust were a great complement to one another. We also got a side of broccoli, which was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned.

We went to Vezzo Thin Crust Pizza for lunch the day before the NYC marathon. We had a margherita pizza and a "meatball classic" pizza and these were both excellent. Their personal size pizzas are just the right size too - not too big, not too small. The service was great. Highly recommended if looking for NYC thin-crust pizza.

I don’t know what happened to this place. We live in the neighborhood. Order from here maybe 4 or 5 times per year. This place has really gone downhill. I ordered a 15 dollar Caesar and it was a thrown together mess. The used to be amazing. More or less average now. Don’t bother.

I had a small individual "plain" pizza because I came too late for the 2 slices for 5 bucks lunch special. The "plain" is with cheese and tomato-based sauce, the best way to test a pizza place. The thin crust is REALLY thin, and what's nice is it's also very crispy. Eat it while it's hot and it's an enjoyable experience.
