Pizza Lovers say: "Genuine Detroit-style square pies with caramelized cheese edges and an airy thick crumb. Named Independent Pizzeria of the Year by Pizza Today and a Top 5 Pizza in America by the Food Network. The dog-friendly patio is a bonus; can get loud inside on busy nights."

VIA313 is our new "Go To" pizza restaurant. It compares favorably with Piccinos, but is still behind Maggiano's Little Italy for Italian food. Maggiano's is still the best Italian restaurant in the Denver metro area.

We ordered four different pizzas: the ambassador, the Cadillac, the carnivore and the rocket. The crust around the edges was very good. Some of the slices were a little doughy in the center. They went a little overboard on the arugula. It was just thrown on top so it wasn't very good. We did have a cople of appetizers. The roasted artichokes were delicious. Right on point. The bread they served was hard and not very tasty. My kids really enjoyed the meatballs with marinara.

We visited the food truck on Rainey St on a recent Sunday evening after a recommendation from a friend. The two of us ordered 2 pizzas (4 square slices) and it was 1 pizza too many (especially because we didn’t have a fridge in the hotel room). I ordered the meatball minis the peppers, add ricotta and it ranks up there with the top 10 pizzas I’ve ever had. AMAZING. Be prepared for a wait...we ordered at the truck and it was about 35-40 minutes. It’s better to order online and then take you time getting there. Plenty of indoor and outdoor tables to enjoy your pizza once you pick it up. Bar located inside. On the day we went they had live music and then switched over to a DJ. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Here now and by far some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m telling you do not miss this. Old school square with great crunchy crust.

Via 313 is attached to The Craft Pride pub. We thoroughly enjoyed the pub, but the Detroit styled pizza made the pizzeria and the pub a wonderful blend of alcohol beverages paired with great pizza. I would go just for the pizza.
