  Definitely one of the best places to eat pizza in Talca. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the oven-baked flavor. The service is very good, and the prices are in line with the quality. Just two observations: the day we went, the air conditioning was freezing cold, so unfortunately our pizzas got cold very quickly and weren't as good. Secondly, when we ordered takeout, they charged us for the cash register. I've been to places that charge less and don't charge for the register, so I think that's something they should improve considering the price and service. Otherwise, the place is very nice, and the staff provides good service.

  The restaurant's offerings are excellent. The menu is varied, very authentically Italian, but with familiar flavors, so choosing a dish won't be a problem. I opted to try the lasagna, which I can only say was the best I've had in Talca. Its presentation in a pool of sauce made each bite perfect and bursting with flavor. While you're there, you can watch the cooks at the clay oven or through the window stretching the fresh pasta. I highly recommend it; the prices are very much in line with the quality they offer. One suggestion: I would recommend that while you wait for your food, the bread served with the appetizer isn't homemade mayonnaise with chives, but something more authentic and fitting for the restaurant.
