We went to eat pizza and the disappointment was significant! An excessive edge, just mass. The flavor was very faint (I would say non-existent, except for the basil leaf) and it was not crispy despite being a thin pizza. The attention was correct. We didn't try any other dishes. We don't plan to return...Read more

My wife and I ordered take away pizzas to take back to our hotel. The service was excellent and friendly, we watched the chefs make the pizzas and you could see everything was freshly made with passion and in a traditional way. For my taste the pizzas were to doughy I prefer a thinner crust but I understand everyone likes it differently and I would certainly say it was good value for money.Read more

Given the mass migration of Italians in the mid-19hundreds, you would expect a flourishing Italian cuisine subculture in Buenos Aires. And while that is certainly true for stuffed pasta, the general concept of an Italian or Neapolitan Pizza hasn't really made it across the pond. Pizza in Argentina is in general very doughy with a tick base - similar to a deep-dish pizza pie from Chicago. After years of trying all sorts of pizza places in Buenos Aires and Argentina, I was stoked to see Cincinnati Pizza advertising their brick-oven pizza. The Service was good, we were greeted with an array of bread, olives, oil, and a Campari drink. The waitress was attentive, quick, and friendly. Starters were good and fresh. Pizza for mains: The pizza looked good and fluffy, the center of the pizza was soggy/soupy. While there are certainly different pizza styles within Italy alone, a classic neapolitanean Pizza can be more on the soggy side of things. The ingredients overall were fresh. I do like a crisp and dark-spotted pizza dough base, but mine was largely chared, which added a bitter taste to it. The dough had the potential, but it was undercooked or too soggy to add a crispy sensation to the experience. An equivalent of 69 Dollars for a two people lunch is expensive, for Argentine standards. While the food was good, but not exceptional, the price was not justified.Read more
