  A truly outstanding restaurant. It was so good, we ended up dining here every evening of our stay in Sicily, trying a different thing every night. The pizza and the tagliata in particular were some of the best I have ever had, in any country. I very much recommend it.

  One of the best places to eat in this area. They also have plenty of parking and a small playing field with slides etc.. for kids. Highly reccomended. All food was great.

  Interesting, varied menu. Unfortunately service wasn't great. We waited to order a long time whilst staff stood around talking. Food was good. Worthwhile going fir that alone if you aren't in a rush.

  After waiting for 30 mins before a waiter asked for our orders. We finally were served in stages. This was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had in ALL of Italy. I travel here twice a year and I have NEVER EVER had pizza like this

  Having frequented this restaurant dozens of times, I can say that the pizza is absolutely one of the best I have ever eaten in Syracuse and beyond for its fragrance and digestibility. And the quality of the dough and the balance of the ingredients have always been confirmed, time after time. The service is excellent even when the dining rooms are full and the staff has always been very cordial. I have also tried restaurant courses and desserts: everything remarkable. And the outdoor environment is welcoming and well-kept. In Syracuse I have not found its equal.Read more

  Dafne is more than a restaurant, it is like having a meal with family, genuine and attentive in its preparation. The absolute best pizza ever tried, the freshest fish, the artisanal gelato enjoyed at the end of a meal that can only leave you happy and make you return, in an appointment that has now become weekly. Incredibly attentive service, wonderful location, especially during the beautiful seasons, in an environment that reminds one so much of a nice party among friends who care for each other.   The location is beautiful, but the pizzas were not exceptional and the service was terrible; the waiters were rude, and at 11:15 PM, after less than two hours, they sent us away to close the place at 11:30 PM... and we were a group of 25 people... never happened before!Read more

  Beautiful location, period. We waited an hour and 20 minutes to eat two pizzas..we ordered at 9:40 and we ate at 11:00..biblical wait times..we were told at the register that the wait was due to the fact that we all came in at the same time..never heard such an explanation..from the owner of the establishment I expect a simple apology and that's it, without useless justifications that make no sense at all. After all this waiting I expected to eat excellent pizzas at least..nothing, terrible pizzas..in fact we left them..this place might be fine just for the locals, by whom it is in fact frequented because perhaps there isn't much of an alternative in the area..I don't like leaving negative reviews, if I can I avoid writing them, but for the treatment received it's the least I can do..Read more
