  I agree with those who didn't like this pizza. Tasteless, overcooked pizza with an indecipherable shape. Does it really have to be round? Maybe not, but having an idea of what a pizza is, that yes. Hard dough. We are just not there. Okay, we are in August.   Enticed by the "Gambero Rosso" plaque displayed outside and the surname of the owners, certainly famous in the restaurant business, we sat down to taste the pizza and give a very personal opinion. Well, as per the rating, the verdict is disappointing, taking into account that it was Ferragosto evening, but we went at 9:00 PM. Small, irregular, and chewy pizza, a sign of questionable management of the dough and cooking times, which should not happen in a place recommended by Gambero Rosso.
