  Had issues in room and front desk person came to discuss and his answer was "I don't know". Like not being able to adjust thermostat, lockbox not working.

  Clean hotel. Well located, just a 10‑minute walk from Metro 14 for easy access to Orly Airport. There’s a small grocery store right around the corner. The room and the washroom are spacious and clean. The AC is life saver during the heatwave. I really appreciated my stay. It’s a 10/10. Thank you.
