Las patatas Lavapiés y las alcachofas estaban muy buenas. La sangría tenía un sabor especial. Los asientos eran muy cómodos.

Sunday entrance + 2 beers is 10 euro. But they added this to our food bill so paid again 2 beers extra:( and they added a red albarino wine!! But we love Betta and the band so we enjoy the evening anyway.

Great music and atmosphere! Didn’t try the food but it looked delicious. On Sundays they have live jazz/swing nights. Perfect for moving your body a little!

Very nice menu del dia, cheap and good quality. Vegetarian options and soy milk with no extra charge. The desserts are very big and tasty also, we had to order a coffee as well to finish it. Good option if you are around.

A wonderful place! We had dinner here tonight and had an amazing experience. The starters were magnificent, and all the food was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive.

An authentic madrileño spot. The food is excellent and the ambiance feels very cosy, in a beautiful historic venue. Totally recommend it!

Lovely old style restaurant/bar like an upmarket saloon, without saloon doors! Long bar, high ceiling, mixture of seating & tables. Very comfy. Different tapas, eg Patatas lavapies was great, layered potatoes with salsa & pesto. Artichokes - alcachofas barberi - was so good. Fab sangria, different taste again, cinnamon & cloves?
