What a great find in Valdebebas! This place is truly impressive. We started with the Melanzane alla Parmigiana (eggplant layers with tomato, mozzarella, basil, and parmesan), and it was an absolute must try the highlight of our starters.

Superb Italian food. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Some pastas are prepared right at your table. Pricy but worth every Euro! Pizzas are Napolitano style and the corresponding pizza oven is exposed to the public. Just a great place to eat!
