The pizza is excellent: fresh, flavorful, and truly among the best I’ve had in the area. What makes it even better is that it’s not just about food: finally, we have a spot here where you can enjoy a proper classic cocktail. The bartenders, Vito and Alessandro, really know their craft. I’m still undecided on who makes the best Sazerac — both are excellent — but that’s a great excuse to keep coming back!

The pizza was delicious and the service was swift and gentle. Beer selection was small and the only large beer was a weisbeer. Cocktail selection looked nice, but we didn't try those. A small discomfort was that our plates were sliding around on marmor table. If you want a pizza in an elegant place, come here 👍

The pizzas were delicious, and we received excellent service from one of the waiters that day. We tried the house’s artisanal gelato, and it was spectacular. It’s not the cheapest place in town, but the experience is worthwhile. A tip: dress nicely; the place requires a slightly more sophisticated outfit.

In Gioia del Colle, you'll be surprised by the location I'm telling you about. "Brando" isn't just a pizzeria; it's a way of interpreting cuisine. While it's undoubtedly appreciated for its pizzas, I was also captivated by the ambiance (despite the crowded atmosphere) and the sophisticated, flavorful, and unconventional dishes. The wine selection is also important. I went with friends, enjoying the atmosphere of the historic villa where the bistro is located. I could linger over each dish, but I'd like to say a few more words about the pizza and gelato. The former offers quality gourmet options: light doughs, flavors that blend in a balanced and harmonious way. Never a flavor out of place. As for the gelato, which is churned on the spot, I don't want to give away any spoilers: go and message me to hear your opinion. The price is fair for the product offered. For four people, we ordered three different appetizers, four signature pizzas, glasses of wine, one gelato (choose just one portion because it's enough for three), a crème brulee, and chocolate cookies. We spent €37.50 per person. If you must go, however, book now; on Fridays and Saturdays, reservations are available on a monthly basis.
