  This has become one of my favourite places to eat in this area. The pizza feels like it is made with love by a grandmother (the cooks are grown men, but, you get the point). For the first time, I had the chicken pizza (earlier I tried vegetarian options), and despite knowing that food here tastes good, I was blown away by the combination of chicken, pesto and sun dried tomatoes that were married to cheese and the base. Staff are polite and respectful. You must pay a visit and enjoy their hospitality

  Si Nonna’s is a super amazing place to enjoy authentic sourdough pizza! The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with comfortable seating spread across two levels. The silent instrumental music and visuals of Italian streets playing on the TVs really transport you to a European vibe. The open kitchen is a highlight—you can watch your pizza being prepared fresh in their large oven, which adds to the whole experience. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, along with a great selection of wines and hand-crafted Belgian beers. To end your meal on a sweet note, their gelatos are a must-try. Parking is available, though it’s shared with other outlets in the complex, so it might be tricky to find a spot during peak hours. Overall, an excellent spot for pizza lovers and anyone looking for a slice of Italy in Balewadi! 🍕🍷🍨

  Visited Si Nonna's, Balewadi recently and here’s my honest review. 1. Calzone (Pesto, Cheese & Tomato – baked) This was the best dish of the meal. Very well baked, good balance of flavors, and definitely a must-try. 2. Garlic Sourdough This was average and can be skipped. The garlic wasn’t chopped finely, which affected the overall taste and texture. 3. Veg Sourdough Pizza (No. 9) – with tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, spicy sun-dried tomato paste, sumac garlic yogurt, fresh arugula, EVOO, and added butter mushrooms This was good and worth trying once, especially if you like sourdough pizzas with slightly different flavor combinations. 4. Panna Cotta with Blueberries The texture and taste were nice (vanilla-based), but it feels slightly overpriced for the portion. 5. Peach Iced Tea Very disappointing and can be avoided. Waiting time was around 12–15 minutes from ordering to the first dish being served, which was reasonable. Total bill came to ₹2400 for two people. Special shoutout to Priya for being attentive and providing good service. Overall, a decent experience with one standout dish (the calzone), but a few items that didn’t impress.

  I really like the ambiance and the experience of making my own pizza. Everything is good but as an Indian you might not feel the taste you expect like any other Indian food and if you like Italian food then you can definitely prefer it

  So after eating pizzas at original Lower Parel outlet, I visited the Pune Baner branch of so nonnas to have some authentic neapolitan pizzas. To my utter dismay, it was nothing close to the Lower Parel outlet. Sourdough wasn't properly fermented, the bread lacked flavour. Topings were very okayish. Staff seems untrained and laxka lacks awareness of menu. When asked what is Spicy dip in their menu, the waiter said, it contains chilly😅😅. Ingredients like tomato , etc didn't taste fresh. Overall we returned disappointed. Now searching for genuine Italian pizzeria.
