Delicious pizza, classic Neapolitan pizza! The waiters were kind and friendly, a little slow but nothing dramatic. I strongly advise against dessert. The tiramisu was embarrassing, with three ladyfingers and a bit of cream that wasn't even soft—I don't think you could call it cream. The place was well-lit, cute, and warm.

Excellent pizza, excellent takeaway service, the pizza was delivered half an hour early despite there being a lot of people in the place so it was delivered 30 minutes early, perfect dough, perfect service and polite delivery guy, he is really nice, I recommend the pizza from them!!

As a true Neapolitan, I write this comment with regret rather than anger. Pizzeria Spacca Napoli in Cairo Montenotte displays the AVPN-certified "Verace Pizza Napoletana" brand, which represents a serious tradition based on quality, culture, and respect. And precisely for this reason, I feel uncomfortable seeing how the takeout service is managed. I've gone there four times to get pizza to go, and four times I've come home empty-handed. Each time I've been told, "If you want, come back in an hour and a half, two at most." And this with 15–18 people in the restaurant. It might happen once, but four times in a row, always with the same response, made me feel ignored. I even thought they might have it in for me, but then I realized the problem lies in the management. The AVPN brand is based on four pillars: history, dough, cooking, and speed of service. Without the latter, the experience remains incomplete. An excellent pizza served after two hours is no longer excellent. I'm ashamed to see such an important brand treated so superficially. Those who represent it should honor its significance, not only with the recipe, but also with their organization and hospitality. And the most absurd thing is that, despite four visits, I've never had the pleasure of trying their pizza. In conclusion: I recommend the pizza served at your table, because the quality seems to be there. But I don't recommend takeout, at least until management improves. I say this with respect, as someone who truly loves Neapolitan pizza and its history.
