Very busy restaurant on friday night! We called ahead to see if we needed to make reservations and the person told us “no need” - we regretted not making reservations when we arrived because the restaurant was packed and we waited for almost 40min! - besides that, the food was great, services were prompt! - we ordered Fat Olives salad - big plate and the dressing was enough to make the salad great without overwhelming the taste! - meatballs were moist and sizzling when came out! - BBQ chicken pizza was good- we would have loved for a thinner crust! - we also ordered grilled artichoke hearts which was also good! - Overall, will re-visit if we are back in town!

My experience at Fat Olives was an absolute 10/10 from the moment I walked through the door. The ambiance is incredibly lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a high-energy meal in Flagstaff. I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff; the servers are not only well-groomed and professional, from the beautiful ladies to the handsome guys on the team, their customer service is truly top-tier. They were attentive, friendly, and kept the vibe upbeat throughout the entire visit. As for the food, every single item we ordered was perfection. Whether it was the authentic wood-fired crust or the fresh toppings, the quality is undeniably 10/10. We also caught their happy hour, which absolutely rocked and offered some of the best value I've seen in town. For the level of quality you're getting, the prices are extremely reasonable. There is honestly nothing I could find to give them anything less than a perfect score, Fat Olives is easily one of the best dining experiences in the city.

We didn’t call ahead for a reservation; however, we were seated sooner than what we were told. The Valentines Special menu, grooannnn… so good!!! The food was amazing, we took a lot to go because our eyes were bigger than our stomach! We chose from the menu that Guy Fieri tried and it was delicious! The server was friendly and attentive, he ninja swiped our empty drinks and we had a refill without our noticing lol overall great experience! Will definitely come back!

Is the restaurant insinuating how you are going to feel when you leave? Because trust me, it is inevitable after you eat their delicious food. We were able to wait less than 20 minutes for a table. I will be upfront and say the reason they are getting a 4 and not a 3 is because of our server, Morgan. (She didn’t ask me to write this by the way!) It started off by hearing her engage with the table next to us and being genuinely interested in the little girl’s hobbies. Then she took the time to have conversations with us in addition to her recommendations. She amazed me. For food(which was good). We went with the chicken parm. It was decent. Nothing amazing. And we wouldn’t get it again. But we throughly enjoyed the pizza. The crust was the best part. We ordered the special of the night which had pesto, tomato, arugula, the big ball of Italian cheese (I forgot the name). It was banging. Would definitely go back and just get pizza!! Solid food place. Again you might feel fat when you leave but it is worth it! And YOU AREN’T FAT!!! Don’t go believing that or saying that about yourself! Just playing on the name of the restaurant.

Superb. Fantastic food, drinks, wine. Everything was spot on, the service was first class. Atmosphere was great, the place was buzzing .. Would highly recommend a visit if your anywhere nearby..

We were looking to get some dinner. Fat Olives had good reviews and was recommended by the hotel staff. It did not disappoint! We had a couple of pizzas that were flavorful and cooked just right. The cheesecake and gelato were also good. Consider making reservations as the online waitlist time was not accurate and the staff acknowledged that it is a known issue. Looking forward to the next visit!

Only in Flagstaff for a few days. Headed to Fat Olives as Trip Advisor has a high rating for them. We waited for about 40 mins to be seated on a Saturday night, but it was well worth it. We were seated at the pizza bar, it was wonderful. Nick was making pizza after pizza. He and the crew back there by the oven made it so enjoyable. The food was fast and delicious. It was such a great experience one we will be talking about for a long time.

We had a delicious meal at Fat Olives! We came at 5pm on a Friday night and had to wait about 30-40 mins for a table. It seemed to keep getting busier, but they were not taking reservations so you'd just have to get there early. Our service was very good, and our server was able to recommend some popular dishes for us. I got the chicken parm and loved it! The pasta was tomato sauce mixed with Alfredo sauce, which I'd never had before, but was very good. The pizza was also very good and light.

Fat Olives has the best Neapolitan pizza! And they also offer a gluten free crust. Be certain to go to their website and secure a reservation- it’s super busy.
