Service is better than good. They won't let your cup empty. Pizzas are 99.9999% perfect (not soggy but still chewy center of pizza dough and flavourful buffala and burata cheese.)

Trust me. The best pizzeria in the Daejeon metro. I lived in NYC, a pizza mecca, and LA for over 11 years and have visited numerous famous pizzerias. Just name it. Da Alli is really good at preparing the tomato sauce and making/baking the dough. It is a top notch skill. So try tomato-sauce pizzas and skip pasta/risotto. I am pretty sure if and only if there were more tomato-sauce-based pizza menus, this pizzeria would have been the best in the region. In the bookshelf, I can see many recipe books from famous Italian/American chefs as well as restaurants. It seems the chef does lots of research and development on menus. Maybe it is the customer base which prevents this restaurant to be more adventurous and experimental in menu development. In that sense, this restaurant needs a much more robust fan base.
