This is no ordinary pizza restaurant, high quality ingredients and service, they also have 4 or 5 different flours on offer for the pizza base. There is a bewildering number of pizza toppings and bases. Highly recommended.

Mama Mia - I’ve just had a lovely evening here and what a fabulous place to relax after a busy day at work. Being from the UK, this was my first culinary experience whilst here in Mira in trying an authentic Italian Calzone and I cannot believe just how different the experience is. My Calzone had ample amounts of sausage, Mozzarella plus a few other delights, all wrapped in a lovely dough. Damn you Evoluzione Del Gusto, now I am going to have to add you to my favourite places to a bite to eat in Mira, plus tell any of my colleagues visiting in the future !! Seriously loved your hospitality and of course a big thanks for recognising my unapologetic attempt in trying to use my phone to translate your Italian Menu, and providing me with an English version instead as that saved everyone near me dining from having to try and explain that I’ve no idea what delights you had on your menu.. I look forward to dining here again however it will take me at least a month to digest that whopper of a gorgeous meal I’ve just devoured. Oh and I loved your beer options too !
