We had a lovely experience and dinner at AMA Officina della Pizza. The staff was attentive and helpful with explaining the menu to us non-Italian speakers. The dishes are extraordinary and superb and the interior is lovely with a lot of of attention to detail.

The best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. We used to live in Anocna and would go there every time. The couple who created this place are wonderful. I dream to go back to Ancona just to eat their amazing pizzas, drink their fabulous wine and indulge in their desserts.

We were looking for a good pizza and ended up here. We are very pleased with the quality and taste of the pizza. very nice service. greetings from the couple on the couch.

Have been there two times in the past 3 weeks and really loved it both times. The pizza is amazing and also the combination of ingredients is very interesting and something special compared to other places. Just the room temperature was a bit uncomfortable. But the overall picture is still perfect!

If you are tired of the "usual" pizza and you want to have a glimpse on how pizza will be in the future, look no further. An amazing pizza, highly digestible, done with raw flour which gives it a taste and texture which is impossible to get with normal white flour. High quality ingredients and well presented. Could not be better. Bravi ragazzi!
