  We found this place coincidentally when passing through. It was so much more than expected. Quality of the food was exceptional, easily the best pizza we have had in Puglia. Also the stuff was very welcoming, professional and did speak perfect English. The menu is available in different languages as well.

  Such an amazing experience! One of the best pizza I’ve ever tried in Italy and in my entire life. You can taste several types of doughs and the owner is always available for suggestions. Feel free to ask him the perfect combo of ingredients and dough. You should totally give it a try!

  Not just a pizzeria. They have different types of dough and a vast variety of pizzas to choose from. The owner is amazing and will answer any question you have about pizza-making, type of dough etc... The almond biscuits at the end of the meal are a must( you can buy them for as little as 20£ a kg).

  The best pizza we've ever had (and we've eaten a lot of them). The dough is amazing, ingredients are of top quality, and the staff is incredibly nice.
