Pizzeria Mauro - The Everything-But-Seafood Paradise of Cutrofiano 🍕🌱🍰 No, it’s not the best pizza I’ve had in Puglia… But let’s be real: this is Puglia, even the average pizza here is a spiritual experience. If I’d gotten this pizza anywhere else in the world, I would’ve cried tears of joy and possibly named my firstborn “Mauro.” They don’t do fish or seafood, but honestly, who cares? They do literally everything else. Meat? Check. Vegan options? Loads. Dessert pizzas? Yes, dessert pizzas! It’s like Willy Wonka opened a pizzeria and got really into plant-based living. Bottom line: it’s a super nice place for a chill evening, with something for everyone, even that one friend who’s allergic to happiness (and gluten). Would absolutely go again. 🍕😄🍷

The best pizza, the best staff, the best food, the best atmosphere. I love simple things because in the simplicity you can see the truth. This place is the best place where you can find simplicity and the true yourself. It feels soooo good. This is a magic place for true. Love it.
