These gourmet pizzas have a dough that is quite special, both crunchy and soft at the same time. Toppings are abundant and pack many disinct flavors in one bite. It is a bit annoying that if you order 1 pizza, it cannot be shared. For example each restaurant client is basically forced to purchase an entire pizza (around 20 euro). In fact, we could not finish both pizzas and had get them packed. The next day it was just soggy and no longer "gourmet." It is an interesting concept but seems a bit unfair in the set portions and pricing scheme = 56 euros for two pizzas and 2 beers.

Great pizza, top notch ingredients and skillfull cook can only brig this result. More expensive than usual and reservation is warmly suggested, but it's surely worth
