Atmosphere: A fairly welcoming place, although a little chilly, probably due to my table being so close to the door. Food: Wow, I think it's the best pizza dough I've ever had. Excellent leavening, it melted in your mouth. Perfect salt. Excellent cooking, slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The perfect slice. Another positive is the choice of ingredients, which are seasonal and not the usual run-of-the-mill. It's the first time I've tried a pizza with cabbage. Excellent, keep up the good work. Service: Kind and friendly Price: Average for gourmet pizzerias, but absolutely worth it.

Top-notch pizza. If you're in the area, you can't miss a pizza like the one at Giuly Pizza. Then there's the great Giuly, who welcomes you with her beautiful smile. And of course, there's also the great Marco with his explosive charm... Well done!

A positive discovery! What struck me was the truly excellent dough, with just the right amount of leavening time to give the pizza that melt-in-the-mouth feel. The combination of ingredients is thoughtful and balanced, with distinct flavors. Congratulations, Giulia!
