We really enjoyed our visit. The Margherita pizza was very tasty and the wine was excellent. The starters were creative and full of flavor, which made the beginning of the meal very enjoyable. The vegetable pizza was a bit unusual for our taste and we could not really finish it, but it might be perfect for someone who loves that style. Overall everything else we tried was wonderful and the experience was very pleasant. We would be happy to come back and try more of the menu.

We visited Naples twice, once in 2020 and again in 2025. During both visits, we came to this pizzeria for a great experience. The prices are very reasonable, the pizza is perfect, and the service is nice as well! We even ordered the same pizzas again on our second visit

Surprisingly our favourite pizza from our Europe holiday! We had just arrived in Naples and San Gennaro Pizzeria was the first pizza place we saw from stepping out of our Airbnb. It was a late lunch however service was quick and the pizza was the best we had on our trip. Good espresso afterwards as well, highly recommend visiting if you’re nearby and craving some classic Italian pizza!

This place absolutely restored my faith in humanity — and served some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. I accidentally left my wallet here, and not only did the incredible staff find it, they kept it safe for me until I came back. When I tried to give them money to thank them, they refused. Beyond their kindness, the food is next level. The crust was perfectly blistered, light yet chewy, and the toppings were so fresh it’s like they came straight from the garden and dairy that morning. The pizza was unforgettable — easily the best I had in Napoli (which says a lot!). If you’re looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza, warm hospitality, and people who truly care about their customers, this is the place. I’ll be telling everyone I know to come here. Grazie mille to the wonderful team — you made my day and my trip! ❤️🇮🇹🍕
