  I am originally from Elmas but I live abroad, I came to visit my mum and fancied pizza. I went to eat at Gusto Tondo with my fiancé and I must say the folded pizza there was lovely, different from what we usually eat around here which is a square pizza slice called "pizzetta" . The dough was not thin nor thick and very tasty, the pizzas loaded with cheese and top quality ingredients. They also served a unique type of pizza pie made with chickpea flour and that was also lovely. Despite the richness of the meal, we digested really well, and the owner did tell me the dough of the pizza is left to rise 48 h. In Gusto Tondo they also sell traditional Sardinian pies called panadas which are amazing and I encourage everyone to try them. Overall we had a great experience and I would say to visitors coming by in Elmas to pop in Gusto Tondo for a taste of their food.
