We struggled with places being closed during the off season, so we ended up coming here twice while in Telluride. Between our visits, my husband and I shared: - Chester's Tail Wagger, Classic Pizza (seasonal) - Little Rose, Detroit Style Pizza - Gold Hill, Detroit Style Pizza - Southwestern BBQ Chicken, Detroit Style Pizza We really enjoyed everything we had here. The seasonal pizza was definitely my favorite followed by the Little Rose. They have a really good Detroit style crust. I tried my mom's Gold Hill on a classic crust and actually thought that pizza was better on the classic crust instead of the Detroit. I wish the BBQ pizza had BBQ sauce as the base instead of red sauce with just a drizzle of BBQ. The red sauce was a bit weird to me on a BBQ pizza, but it was still good. I just recently discovered they also have locations in Denver, but it's called Blue Pan Pizza so maybe I'll be back sooner than I thought!

We ordered the Bruschetta, garlic parm chicken wings and Chicken wrap. I also wanted to order a deep dish pizza but our order was already massive with generous portion. The bruschetta was yumm had loads of cherry tomatoes drizzled with Balsamic vinegar and the bread was one of the best I had. The chicken wrap was also good. The garlic parmesan wings the outer fried layer was hard, but still okay. This is a very busy place. But the bar side stools will be available immediately.

Brown Dog Pizza was really good! Our server was friendly and very good at her job. She gave good recommendations and even brought to-go boxes and the check without us asking. The food was excellent. They have gluten free thin and deep crust pizza. The gluten free thin crust was the best I've ever had. They accommodated my service dog without any hassle.

Our first time in Telluride and did my research about must try restaurants. Brown Dog Pizza did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was phenomenal. We had spinch artichoke dip, garlic knots , wings (garlic parmesan & barbeque) and of course, their famous Detroit Style Pizza! We ordered half/half of Brooklyn Bridge & 313. It was sooo good. Generous toppings & perfect crust! Great service from Brock too!

Great pizza ingredients and toppings that can be customized to your liking. Be prepared for a wait though, both for seating and food service. Overall waited more than an hour for order and once it was served the pizza was no longer hot. Waitress kindly offered to reheat the pizza, but it added to our wait. Lesson learned is to order takeout on line.

One of the most delicious pizza’s I have ever had. We ordered the Detroit style “Brooklyn Bridge” - the crust was light yet crispy on the edges, and all of the ingredients were very high quality -just perfect. Our waitress was very friendly and coming and the beer selection was money. It’s a casual and energetic atmosphere, perfect after skiing, and packed at 5p so arrive early!!

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Great menu. Staff were friendly and attentive. A very busy place so you must book ahead, especially through the ski season. The smaller pizza size is plenty for two people. Nice selection of beers on tap. Great place and vibe. Telluride is an expensive town. Brown Dog has reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

The large pie with 3 toppings was good, but extremely expensive. Be prepared for sticker shock. Very busy place. Ordered as take-out.
