  I really wanted to love this place, especially given its reputation and the Gambero Rosso recognition. Expectations were high, and unfortunately, they weren’t fully met. The pizza was good, but nothing outstanding certainly not at the level I would expect for the price. For a bill of around €170, I would not expect to be served a pizza that was clearly burned, as you can see in the photos. I raised the issue with both waiters. One said they would inform the chef, while the other seemed genuinely surprised that I even mentioned it. In the end, nothing was done about it, no discount, and no offer of anything to acknowledge the issue. That lack of response was particularly disappointing. To be fair, the desserts were very good and were the highlight of the meal. Overall, you definitely pay for the name and the accolades. While the quality is decent, it doesn’t fully justify the price or the hype. Better attention to consistency, customer care, and feedback would make a big difference. Disappointing overall, especially because this place has all the credentials to be excellent.

  The Best Pizzas we ever had. 😋 We think this THE Pizza place in Italy! 🍕😍👈🏻 There is different kind of Pizza doughs. We tried the Veneto (Cismon), and the Napoli (Estate and carpaccio) doughs. 🍕👈🏻 The taste was amazing with all the local toppings. The service was very friendly and nice. Oh, and you need to try the local sparkling wine. Amazing with the pizza. 🍾👈🏻

  Excellent pizza, nice place. Service was friendly, but beware they charge EUR 3 per person for seating (we were not told this when we made the reservation and also never seen pizzeria do that) and later we realised on the bill they added two drinks we did not order (not sure whether this was just a mistake). In conclusion good food with bad aftertaste

  I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Premiata Fabbrica" pizzeria for a company lunch, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The pizza, especially the one I ordered called "Carbonara," was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations tailored to our tastes. What truly sets this pizzeria apart is the exceptional quality of the dough – it's unique and adds a special touch to every bite. And let's not forget the breathtaking view of the Ponte Vecchio in Bassano del Grappa, which only added to the overall experience. I highly recommend "Premiata Fabbrica" for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with top-notch pizza and unparalleled service.

  An excellent pizza with great service and beautiful view! We went there for lunch, the service starts at 12:30 and we reserved ahead. We both ordered a pizza with high rise dough. Both pizzas were excellent ! We then completed our meal with desserts. Again, excellent! The service was prompt and very efficient. Highly recommend!
