Today, on a cold and rainy day, I found refuge and warmth at Al Muretto, where Chef Nina's cuisine transformed a simple lunch into a moment of true well-being. I started with a delicate and fragrant zucchini parmigiana, prepared with the care you immediately recognize: balanced layers, clear flavors, and no heaviness. A dish that speaks the language of home and tradition. The tender and flavorful chicken tagliata arrived at the table perfectly cooked, a sign of a confident and attentive hand. But the real heartbreak was the chicory and fava beans: a return to true flavors, those that are not invented, not imitated, but passed down. In that dish, I rediscovered my taste memories, the earthiness, simplicity made perfect. They literally brightened my day, washing away the grayness of the rain. Chef Nina deserves sincere praise: every dish tells a story, and today her story warmed my soul. A place to return to again and again.

A truly excellent experience. The pizza was undoubtedly the star of the show: light, fragrant, perfectly cooked, and with the authentic flavor of true Neapolitan pizza. Not only was it delicious, but it was also easy to digest, which really made all the difference today. The presentation of the salmon appetizer was also greatly appreciated. Tastefully decorated, with attention to detail, it was a real visual delight. And can we mention the desserts? I'd say they were unique and spectacular, a fitting finale to an evening that deserved to be remembered. Special thanks to Nina, who, with her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail, made the evening even more enjoyable.

Pizza, simply WOW! I don't think I'm the only one who thinks it's the best in the city. If nothing else, the pan pizza is truly spectacular: light, fragrant, and crispy, with quality ingredients and a generous amount of oil. Discovered by chance on a summer evening, I feel it deserves a lot of positive publicity! Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and kindness, even during peak times.
