We visited 50 Kalò, a pizzeria recommended by the Michelin Guide, 3 times, and were curious to try several of their pizzas. We tried 4 in total, on different days. The Margherita was excellent - beautifully balanced and a very satisfying example of a Neapolitan classic. The Alleanza del Sud was also pleasant and well made. The other two pizzas were less convincing for us. The 50Kalò vegetarian and the Gialla Provola e Pepe both felt somewhat muted in flavor. The vegetarian pizza in particular had plenty of vegetables but almost no cheese or sauce, and the overall impression was closer to dough topped with lightly cooked vegetables than a fully expressive pizza. So our experience was a bit mixed - two pizzas we enjoyed, and two that didn’t quite reach the same level. The service was friendly and efficient, which we appreciated. One small detail, however, could perhaps be improved. When one night we ordered a pizza to take away later in the evening, we were asked to wait outside in the street rather than being offered a place to sit while it was prepared. After a long day, even a couple of chairs for takeaway guests would make the wait more comfortable. Overall, an interesting stop at a well-known pizzeria, though our experience didn’t entirely match the expectations created by its reputation.

Authentic and one of the best pizzerias in Naples and in the world. 50 kalo is top 30 pizzerias in the world. Nice and fast service. The place is not very fancy, but... The pizza made here is awesome. The prices are normal. Usually 9-14 euro per pizza My recommendation to try branded beer 50 Kalo. Super fresh and nice.

Wednesday evening 7ish. Plenty of room inside and out when we arrived but soon filled up inside. Plenty of room outside when we left. Helpful waiter. Gave us English version of the menu. Prompt service and delicious pizza.

This pizza might have changed my religious status, because I think it made me see god. Just get the Buffalo Margherita as far as pizza. It’s so good you don’t need other toppings, they are distracting. Also, all of the appetizers / fried food are amazing.

I had an amazing experience at 50 kalò in Naples. My server, Marco, was so patient and friendly, especially since I’m clearly an American tourist and didn’t know what I was ordering. The hostess, a young girl, wasn’t the friendliest, but everyone else made the meal wonderful. I ordered the Falanghina Campi Flegrei DOP 2024 wine, which was easy to drink and perfect for me since I’m not a super dry, fancy wine drinker. For pizza, I had the Diavola di Castelpoto con Burrata, and it was literally 10/10. Overall, an amazing meal and highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Marco's dinner table service was excellent, friendly and attentive with lots of local knowledge. Pizza was delicious, ingredients were high quality and the dough had a great texture.
