Amazing Napoletana pizza and great salad in an unexpected part of Japan. There are actually two great Napoletana pizza places in or near Koryo-cho, but this place is special for their salads and greens grown across the street in the field, and the fact that the place is one of a small selection in Japan actually certified by the association of Vera Pizza Napoletana. Atmosphere is also very nice.

It is an Italian restaurant in Kashiba of Nara. Because it is popular, you should make a reservation. Pizza is made after ordering and baked on the spot. My favorite pizza is CALZONE. Because all dishes are really delicious, please go to once.

The chef won the international pizza contest in Ittaly. Their home grown veggies are fresh and powerful too. 奈良で思わず出会った素晴らしいイタリアン。自家栽培の野菜が美味しく、オレンジのエスプマドレッシングのサラダが感動のおいしさでした。ピザももちろん美味しいです。厚めの生地でややもちっとします。
