The pizza is excellent and really stands out, but the service is seriously unprofessional. The staff come across as careless, rude, and impatient, and they’ll scold you if you don’t follow their exact way of doing things. They don’t listen properly, and unless you keep your request extremely simple, they’re likely to bring something different from what you ordered. We repeated our order multiple times and they still didn’t get it. The whole place feels rushed, like you’re expected to decide in under a minute.

The best pizza I've ever had! The waiters were very friendly. The restaurant became crowded quickly, so it would be better to come early.

Pizzas: We ate one version of pizza crocante and one version of old style pizza. No traditional napoletan pizza. Both were very good. Not the best ever, , but still very good. I was expecting a little more for no2 pizza in Italy. Service: A lot of people for serving, they are not very kind, all are very young and mostly not very interested. Ok, but nothing more. Could be way better. Atmosphere: Modern place, quite big, crowdy and quite noisy. There is no soul in this place.

Modern, spacious pizzeria. Large hall, additional tables in the basement. Large selection of traditional Italian appetizers, large selection of pizzas, desserts, wines... Delicious ingredients, delicious pizzas, efficient service, moderate prices.

We had heard and read many great things about Diego Vitagliano Pizzeria in Santa Lucia, so we were really looking forward to our visit. We had a reservation for 7:00 p.m. and received a very warm welcome. Shortly after being seated, water was served, and the service throughout the evening was friendly, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, things slowed down after that. We didn't receive the first course of the tasting menu until 7:45 p.m. The wait was quite long, but fortunately the first three courses were absolutely excellent. They were creative, delicious, and exactly what we had hoped for. When we booked the tasting menu, we were only told that it included seven courses paired with seven glasses of wine. We were not informed about what the menu actually consisted of, so we naturally expected it to focus on classic pizzas—served as small slices or tasting portions, allowing us to experience several of Diego Vitagliano's different pizzas. Unfortunately, the majority of the menu turned out to consist of other dishes, with surprisingly little pizza. That was disappointing because it was not the experience we had expected. To make matters worse, the dessert was extremely dry and did not taste fresh at all, which was a disappointing way to end the meal. The photos give a good impression of what the tasting menu actually included. Overall, the food was well prepared, and the staff deserve credit for their excellent service. If the contents of the tasting menu had been explained more clearly in advance, I believe our expectations would have been more realistic, and the overall experience would have been much better. For that reason, our visit deserves fewer stars than it otherwise would have.

Really good pizza! Good service and well worth the price. No problem to share a pizza and a salad.
