Pizza Lovers say: "Amazing gluten-free crust, safe for celiacs, and authentic Neapolitan. Crust can be a bit soggy on greasy pies."

Finding great gluten free pizza while traveling is not easy, but Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza in Denver was a fantastic surprise. As someone with celiac disease, I am always cautious, and Marco’s really delivered. They offer gluten free pizza that is cooked in a separate oven, which immediately gave me confidence about cross contamination. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to talk through how they prepare everything safely. The pizza itself was delicious, crisp, flavorful, and honestly did not feel like a compromise at all. It tasted like proper coal fired pizza, just without the worry. On top of that, they had a great selection of gluten free beers, which is always a bonus and not something you find everywhere. Great food, great people, and a place that clearly cares about customers with dietary needs. If you are in Denver and want safe, high quality gluten free pizza, Marco’s is absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

Hands down, the best gluten free pizza crust in Denver! Matlyn, our server, was kind and patient. She helped me with my questions. I started with a salad, but when Matlyn told me that the gluten free dough was made with buckwheat and rice flour, I knew I had to try it. It did not disappoint. The buffalo mozzarella was ah-mazing. Overall, the experience was great. I would highly recommend.

Actually *safe* gluten free pizza?! Couldn't pass up this opportunity, and the pizza was worth it. The crust was amazing despite being a little on the soggy side, but that's probably becausewe ordered a pretty greasy specialty pie. The GF focaccia was good, but very similar to the pizza crust and more like a naan. The cauliflower app was so yummy too, baked cheesy perfection! Waiter knew everything about eating gluten free so I felt very safe eating there. They also have great happy hour specials. I did feel a bit sick after but I blame that on eating my weight in cheese and pepperoni 😅

We stopped in for lunch on our first day of vacation in Denver, and we could not have been happier with the decision. Hearing about this place from a friend was a blessing. The pizzas were so filling and delicious, we can’t recommend this place enough. And Kinley and the kitchen were so considerate of my husband’s alpha-gal allergy, on top of everything. Again, if you’re in the vicinity (and even if you’re not, make the detour), definitely stop by.

Amazing dining experience. Service is outstanding. Specifically Chris at the bar. I just moved to the Denver and never thought they would have such good pizza in this city. I’ll be the first to admit, I underestimated this city! For authentic Naples pizza with above and beyond service, come to this restaurant.

Stopped by based on trio advisor reviews. The server was very patient and friendly. The pizza cooked up really fast and was good. Fresh salads too. Best part was we arrived at lunch and we're able to order the personal pizzas and salad (or soup) for a low price. Definitely pay them a visit!

This was a really satisfying dinner. We had salad, pizza and the tiramisu for dessert. They were all very tasty and definitely filling. Also please plan on splitting orders because the servings are very large. One salad is plenty for two or even three. The tiramisu was also a large size so don’t over order. Service was very competent-not overly friendly but I wasn’t there to make friends, just chow down on some great pizza.

I wouldn’t expect to find a real Neapolitan pizza in Denver. Had the classic Bufala Mozzarella and was light and tasty with original ingredients. APPROVED.

Amazing place where to try italian-style pizza with US-style toppings in Denver. The location is not super-central -- ~25 mins walking from the city center -- but the walk is definitively worth given the food quality. The service is not super-friendly, although very efficient. Prices are ok, especially given the food quality. Definitively recommended!
