  Alberto was our server for the evening and did an absolutely amazing job. He was kind, personable, and welcoming and made our evening incredibly enjoyable. I got the gnocchi and the cheesecake with a sweet balsamic vinegar glaze and it was absolutely to die for.

  We were recommend by a friend to eat there. She ate there 3 times in just a few days. We arrived 15 minutes before they opened and the manager kindly said we could have a seat and wait. He was on the phone but offered us to sit and directed me to the restroom. Our lunch was excellent having a shared pizza, salad and apperel sprites. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an opportunity to see other staff members communicate with diners and they I would highly recommend this establishment for your dining experience.   Please stay away this is a typical tourist trap! My husband, my son and I were served pizza that was quite honestly one of the worst pizzas we have ever had. There was an overwhelming amount of cheese on the pizza, to the point that we simply couldn't eat it. The pasta bolognese was so heavily oversalted that my son could barely eat a mouthfull. Waiter who saw that we left most of the food untouched, showed no interest! Coming all the way from Australia, we had high expectations and were excited to experience the food and hospitality Florence is known for. Sadly this meal was a major let down and not an experience we would want to repeat. We hope the restaurant takes notice and makes some tangible improvements in the future.Read more
