  The ambiance and the service are excellent 🌟 However, I didn’t really enjoy the food. I didn’t find it tasty even though I love Italian food and I always go to Italian restaurants. I was a little disappointed with the taste of the Pizza (not hot enough) and the legume soup. But I really love the ambiance 🌟

  This building is truly beautiful. We came for dinner on our last night at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The service, wine, food and atmosphere did not disappoint. We ordered tartare, pizza, pasta and a salad and all was very delicious. We asked for additional toppings on our pizza which was provided. Tables were spaced nicely and it was nice to chat with people at the table next to us who were also passing through. Thank you for a wonderful time.

  We are coming back for over a decade now, like to try new suggestions and never been disappointed. On our yearly xmas vacation we were dining there twice and the price-quality relation has been better than ever. I hesitate writing how good it is, it will be booked next time? First you sit in a beautiful and generous place in Palazzo-style, with very high (!) painted ceilings. The most professional team is attentive, kind and listens to your wishes. Above all the reliable delicious dishes: We recommand the Vitello tonnato - calve meat is thin, rosé and the sauce is aside to worship the ingrediens. We also love the lamb noisettes on Risotto, amazing. And the Dorade, a good portion of a fresh fish steamed in herbs and little Ratatouille légumes, delicious. We are pleased and thankful for each time we spend there. See you soon.

  A restaurant to go to if you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary. The whole atmosphere was very grand as the decorations are very unique and has the antique style / vibes. Food was decent, portion size is quite huge so you can definitely share if you have small appetite.

  Beautiful view from the restaurant. The service was quick and attentive. The desserts however were too sweet and not well balanced. If you like pizzas with tomato sauce double check the menu!

  Our experience at Ristorante Sapori e Pizzeria was a true Italian culinary experience filled with warmth, authenticity, and outstanding food. What truly elevated the evening was the remarkable service. Sara our wait staff was one of the most attentive, caring, and responsive professionals we have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated from start to finish. Combined with the excellent wait staff and delicious cuisine, this was one of the finest dining experiences we’ve enjoyed in a very long time.

  Pizza was soft and mushy. Be good in Italian restaurant has soft and mushy pizza. Never good soup was cold. Eggplant dish was very good and the veal Ragu pasta was good as well. The salad was a non-event. The service was slow, but with a smile not Michelin not even close.

  Wonderful food in glorious surroundings. Outside was full but we were delighted to find how elegant and stunning the inside was! Food and service was fantastic. A lovely place.

  Had a really lovely meal at Sapori. The Pizza Diavola was excellent — perfectly balanced spice and a great crust. We also tried the pasta aglio e olio with bottarga, which was simple but full of flavor, and the tiramisu to finish was really nice too. A solid spot for authentic Italian in Interlaken — highly recommend.Read more

  Today we were at Sapori for lunch with clients. We all had daily special 1 or 2. The salad was fine, even if you had to eat it more green than with dressing. Then it took quite a long time for the main course to arrive. We ordered at 12:10 and received them at 1:55 PM, even though all five were daily specials. What was most annoying was that the portion of ravioli was simply too small. A normal eater won't get properly full with 5-6 ravioli pillows, and for a decent price at that! The service was good and attentive.Read more
