We went yesterday evening without a reservation and they still found us a nice table inside — plus they were happy to welcome our dog! We had a Napoletan beer and a classic Aperol Spritz to start. For food, we shared two pizzas: the Don Giulio, with Napoletan sausage, red bell peppers, gorgonzola, and a San Marzano AOP tomato base; and the Pistacchio pizza, topped with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachio pesto. Both were absolutely delicious — the dough was flavorful, perfectly raised, and truly authentic Neapolitan style. The food came out quickly, and you can watch the two pizzaiolos working in the open kitchen. Service was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This is the place to BE! We absolutely adore this place with all our hearts it’s just spectacular there are no words to describe this pizza :) we work on a cruise ship and wait all week for this pizza. We’re all coming from different places: Ukraine, England, Germany and many more! We all unite even better with this pizza ;)

The best pizza we’ve ever tried! Honestly, people were amazing, Italian people so super super nice, the pizza was seriously one of our top 3 pizzas we’ve tried. We love pizzas, and it was just incredible We ordered one with burrata, and another one with chorizo! Both INCREDIBLE!

We were on a holiday in Corse, and this restaurant was right near our rented apartment. The food is heavenly and the restaurant has a cozy, warm, atmosphere. An easy 5 star rating, would visit again!

Best pizza I've ever had! Great prices and amazing drinks as well. Highly reccomend if you're in town from a cruise or visiting.

The best pizza i have ever had. The dough is on another level from what i've tried in other countries and the ingredients feel fresh and light. If you want pizza in Aiacciu, go here! (++ for the Cynar spritz)
