My first experience with Pizza Pilgrims, this is a particularly cool venue, tucked away just off Carnaby Street in what feels like a very street food setup with lots of restaurants in a courtyard and outdoor seating in the middle. Drinks were excellent - daiquiri particularly good if strong! - and pizza was magnificent. My 8 cheese (yes, you read that right) pizza was extremely indulgent and absolutely delicious. The addition of the fresh burrata on top is just perfect. Service was okay, not great, but they were quite busy. Unfortunately the toilets really let them down - really unpleasant, clearly not being checked/cleaned regularly and many out of toilet roll.

We visited Pizza Pilgrims in Soho for lunch and had a great experience. The food was very good. We had a Margherita pizza, while the children enjoyed the kids’ menu. A special mention goes to the fries with homemade truffle mayonnaise, which were absolutely delicious. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Despite the busy streets outside, the restaurant itself felt comfortable and pleasant. The overall value for money was good, and we left very satisfied. The only thing I would have liked to see on the menu was a tuna pizza, but that is a personal preference rather than a criticism. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch experience in Soho and a place we would happily visit again.

We loved everything about this place, great location, great service and great Pizza. We specifically enjoyed this location better than another one we saw, which was on a road with traffic driving by. The staff were great and the antipodean front of house gentlemen, kept updating us on when a table would become free. Something which we dont come across enough whilst queing in this country Our two grandkids are 'experts' on pizzas, lol, they said they were outstanding. So there you go, enough said

Awful Service - this site located in the tourist hotspot and is always busy, we visited today as a couple, this branch had no interest in servicing couples - shocking service - never again
