  We had a great experience at San Carlo - we stopped by around 6:00pm without a reservation and they informed us we could sit outside, but they had a reservation at the table in an hour so we had to be out by then, which was no problem. The service was warm and helpful, and the street outside was quiet and peaceful. I ordered the shrimp linguine and a salad and my partner ordered the meatballs and spaghetti with stracciatella. Both were delicious. Italian food is plentiful in Prague, but if you’re looking for something a little out of the way and less touristy, this is your place.
