Wonderful atmosphere. Busy for a Tuesday night in July! Menu was simple. Food was delicious. Starters of Courgette flowers and Feta was delicious as was the grilled prawns. Main course of pasta with chilli and Italian sausage was divine! Tiramisu and the ice cream from LaPop was wonderful. Excellent service from Charlotte and Molly. Busy restraurant but they seemed relaxed and attentive when needed. Will definitely go again.

From start to finish, we could see how much the people here believe in and love what they do. The staff were faultless and the food was absolutely sublime! Every course was perfect in every way and had us making yummy noises with every mouthful. Arguably better food than we had at Simpsons which isn’t too far away from Laghis! Stu deeley knows his food and we are so glad we’ve discovered this place! A must do dinner experience with the nicest of people!

My husband and I had been looking forward to Laghi’s it was recommended to us, but sadly it was not the experience we wanted. We couldn’t fault the staff they were so friendly, but sadly the food let our experience down. We ordered a steak and had it over an hour later as the first one was over cooked. The staff were amazing and gave us some free sides and we appreciate accidents happen. We thought having received the food the the portions are too small for the price they are asking. We paid £60 for a steak for two my husband could have eaten it on his own! And to top it all there was chewing gum under our table which put us both off! Sadly we will not be coming back or recommending this restaurant, so disappointed!!

Wow... Father's Day treat with my wife and daughter( 12- she reckons it's one her top 10 meals of all time... i agree ) ;suggest you book a table before they get a star , which by my reckoning should be very soon . The front of house staff are delightful and attentive ,very knowledgeable and made some perfect pairing suggestions. We shared lots of plates, starters and mains, the Fritto misto was delicate and delicious , the pastas divine . we shared the steak with bone marrow reduction and some parmesan chips, and ... ooh , the scallops were amazing . this is cooking at a very high standard indeed The puddings equally light and delicious especially the " tirma-stu" The whole team were excellent Go if you can ... its a winner

We took friends for a night at Laghis as we’d been twice before but not under the Stu Deeley concept. We ordered a selection of small dishes and the flavours were wonderful but what we found disappointing was the price of the wine. We’re happy to pay for a good bottle of wine but the cheapest was £39. I think realistically in today’s climate a range of less expensive wines in addition would be more realistic.
