Stumbled upon this place and can’t recommended it enough! The owner couldn’t be nicer, the ingredients are very fresh and the pizza is a great size for the price, we’ll be back soon!

My visit to Café de l’Abbaye in Marseille was a delightful escape to a charming Provençal café with a touch of history. The café’s ambiance, with its rustic décor and the scent of freshly brewed coffee, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu featured a selection of traditional Provençal dishes and pastries, each prepared with care. Sipping a café au lait while enjoying the bustling atmosphere was a delightful experience. The café’s commitment to preserving its heritage and providing friendly service was evident in every detail. Whether you’re starting your day with a croissant or indulging in an afternoon treat, Café de l’Abbaye is a must-visit for a taste of Provençal culture and a journey into Marseille’s historic charm.

It used to be a sweet little bar for locals with a lovely view. But it's been invaded by tourists and very loud music from the joint next door. A great shame.

This is a classic outdoor space which one should stop for a drink only and maybe some light food. The drinks were average prced for being in a tourist area. Service was spotty!@
